Feather
$FEATHERRobinhood Chain $HOOD —

The first token paired to a listed equity. One asset on the chain, one asset on the exchange, held in relation to one another.

The thesis

A token that refers to something outside itself.

Almost every token on every chain is priced by nothing but its own order book. It refers to no external asset, produces no external claim, and answers to no outside measure. That is the honest description of most of this market.

Feather is built the other way round. It takes its reference from a publicly listed company — Robinhood Markets, traded on the NASDAQ as $HOOD — and holds its own position in relation to it. The equity trades in market hours. The token trades continuously. The relationship is the product.

It is the first of its kind, which means there is no precedent to point at and no established playbook to follow. We would rather say that plainly than dress it up.

Weight is not the same thing as substance.

Mechanism

How the pairing holds.

Three moving parts, stated without embellishment.

01

The reference

$HOOD is the external measure. Its price is public, audited and quoted by the exchange — not by us, and not by a pool we control.

02

The pair

Feather trades on the Robinhood Chain against that reference, continuously, including the hours in which the equity itself does not trade.

03

The spread

The gap between a market that never closes and one that does is where the instrument lives. It is the whole idea, and it is not a guarantee of anything.

Principles

What we will not do.

No projections

We will not publish a price target, a roadmap of guaranteed milestones, or a chart with an arrow drawn on it. If we cannot evidence it, we will not print it.

No manufactured scarcity

No countdown timers, no artificial allocation rounds, no urgency engineered to shorten the time you spend thinking about it.

No implied endorsement

Referencing a listed company is not a relationship with it. Feather is an independent project and says so on every page.
